Golden flower sticky rice, sometimes also called a sticky rice or golden flower sticky rice, is a famous traditional sticky rice variety in the provinces of the Northern Delta and midlands, Vietnam. Its rice grains are round, sticky, and especially fragrant, so it is often used to make sticky rice, green rice flakes, cakes using sticky rice, to make soy sauce or to brew wine.
