✪ Western deck of cards (in Northern Vietnam also called tu lo kho or tu tu) – includes 54 cards (some pairs only have 52 cards), including 52 regular cards: K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, A combined with 4 suits: Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs, Spades and two Joker cards (also known as phang te or clown).
In Vietnam, this deck of cards is often called the Western deck because it originates from the West and to distinguish it from the Chinese deck or the Vietnamese deck (for playing Three Chrysanthemums, Four Colors, Shrimp’s Nest,…).
