Description
Pad Thai has two parts: stir-fried noodles and sauce. Fresh noodles are stir-fried until soft with bean sprouts, finely chopped fresh tofu, seafood such as shrimp, squid or you can use chicken, beef. After the noodles are cooked, crack an egg into the pan and stir well to make the dish fatty and the noodles soft, sprinkle with crushed roasted peanuts. The sauce is pre-mixed from tamarind juice or vinegar with palm sugar, fish sauce and chili powder; then put on the stove and stir until the sugar dissolves.
